Friday Night Club Swims:

 

The Aspley Club runs its weekly club swims on Friday nights during the 1^st and 4^th school terms.  These nights are open to all children who are full members of the club and have paid their SQ/BSA affiliation and insurance fees.

 

The aim of these club swims is for children to attempt to better their own personal best times in each event in which they participate.

 

Distances range from 12.5 metre events for the youngest swimmers, through 25, 50, 100, 200 and 400 metre events. 

 

6.15pm - 6.30pm              New swimmers nomination time

6.30pm - 6.35pm              Announcements

6.35pm - 6.45pm              200/400 Swims (when scheduled)

6.45pm                             Swimming Starts

9.30pm (approx)               Conclusion of club swimming

 

Automatic nominations apply to all registered club swimmers.  It is the swimmer’s responsibility to inform the Nominations Clerk if they are unable to attend club night, by the prior Thursday night, no later than 8pm.
